We take on average 1-3 days to ship to most areas within Singapore.
For the US, Canada and the UK, we take an average of 4-20 days depending on postal volume.

For all preorder listings:
We take around 3-16 days, depending on postal volume.

Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days from your receiving of the item. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept certain products due to hygiene reasons (eg lingerie, swimwear, earrings) and sale items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
