Shipping policy

For all in-stock and warehouse items:
We take on average 1-3 days to ship to most areas within Singapore.
For the US, Canada and the UK, we take an average of 6-20 days depending on postal volume.

For all preorder listings:
We take around 7-12 days to ship the items from our suppliers to Singapore.
For the US, Canada and UK, we would take around 16 days to a month to do so, depending on postal volume.

Your items will arrive safely packaged in its mailer and/or bubblewrap packagings if fragile. We are on a mission to cut down single use plastics so we will only use what is necessary to keep your item safe and sound :) If you would like to request for extra packagings or bags, please contact us at pyzissg@gmail.com with your order number (eg order #9965 packaging) as a heading and we will make provisions for you.
